Class Policy
  • Course fee includes all free Practice Sessions.
  • Admittance and participation in Pre-Intermediate to Advanced classes is at the discretion of the teacher.
  • Teacher assignments subject to change.
  • All classes and private lessons are 55 minutes.
  • A private lesson does not mean a private room.
  • There are no refunds.  24-hour notice of cancellation or lesson change must be given in order to receive credit for a scheduled lesson.

Registration/Make Up Policy
  • Payment in cash, personal check or credit card.
  • $5 Early Bird registration discount when you register by 6PM of the Sunday before each new monthly term.
  • Only one discount at a time.
  • Registrations are final. There are no refunds. To receive credit, a written request must be received at least 1 day before the term begins. After that, credit will not be granted. The only exception is a valid medical excuse.
  • Credits are good for one year from the date issued.
  • Course fees due prior to first class.
  • Make-up classes must be completed within the same term the class was missed and in a class of comparable style and level.
  • All classes and make-up classes must be taken during the 4-week term registered. There are no extensions into another term. 4-week terms do not always coincide with the calendar month.
  • There is a $20 charge for returned checks.
